As a speaker, you are a the most critical element of our plans for the GSO/HNS Fall Scientific Assembly. Our accreditation, funding and attendance are all hinged on you. Please take the time to complete the following forms and requests by the posted deadlines.

Please note the following evaluation that will completed by the attendees at the end of the meeting. The compiled evaluation results will submitted, as required, to our accredited Joint Sponsor and used to plan the next year's meeting.
