REGISTRATION

Registration fees are all-inclusive. The fee covers the general sessions, continental breakfasts, coffee breaks, cocktail parties and receptions, and 2 spaces at the Family Beach Party.  (Tickets for additional people may be purchased as shown on the registration form).  The fee is $350 for GSO/HNS members or current applicants and $450 for non-members. ACCOMMODATIONS

Rooms are available at the Ponte Vedra Inn & Club at special society rates of $240-390 per night, plus tax, single or double occupancy. Please call the Ponte Vedra Inn & Club directly at (800) 234-7842 and reserve your rooms under the “Georgia Society of Otolaryngology” room block. PARKING

Free parking is available at the resort.

DIRECTIONS

From Interstate I-95, exit East on J. Turner Butler Boulevard (202). Travel 13 miles to State Road A1A and take A1A North to Ponte Vedra Boulevard. Make a right on Ponte Vedra Boulevard and proceed to The Ponte Vedra Inn & Club.
