EXHIBIT SET-UP	Thursday, July 24, 2008 4:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. One Table Per Exhibitor Exhibits will be assigned on a first come first serve basis, except where designated names are on the table. Please plan to register during the designated registration times.
EXHIBIT HOURS	Friday – July 25, 2008 7:00am – 12:30pm Saturday – July 26, 2008 7:00am – 12:30pm All Breakfast and breaks will be held in the exhibit area.
EXHIBIT BREAK-DOWN	Saturday – July 27, 2008 12:30pm

SHIPPING	Ship all packages to: Ponte Vedra Inn & Club 200 Ponte Vedra Boulevard Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida 32082 Please mark packages with: 2008 GSO/HNS Annual Summer Meeting Company name contact name Tara morrison The Resort will accept shipment of boxes no more than one week prior to the show date. Receiving, storage and relocation cost is as follows: 0-25lbs is $5.00 per box 26lbs-50lbs is $10.00 per box 51lbs-250lbs. is $50.00 per Crate or Pallet 251lbs and over is $50.00 per 250lbs. The fees include all handling, storage and delivery of boxes. OUTBOUND SHIPPING - Packages shipped out will be assessed an $8 handling fee in addition to the actual shipping fees. Medium sized crates will be charged $25 and large crates will be $75. Materials to help you ship your items back will be available from the conference staff, but it is usually easier if you bring your own shipping labels already prepared. TRACKING PACKAGES It is recommended that the individual expecting packages at the hotel obtain the necessary tracking numbers from the shipper prior to arrival to speed up the tracking process of any packages that may become lost before reaching the hotel.

HOTEL RESERVATIONS	Make your hotel reservations by calling (800) 234-7842 and booking under the Georgia Society of Otolaryngology room block. Reserve no later than June 24, 2008
GOLF	You can sign up to play in the 2008 GSO/HNS Gary Izzo Memorial Golf Tournament by putting it on your exhibitor registration form. If you did not have a chance to do so, please call Alice Luo at (770) 613-0932 to sign up.
COCKTAIL RECEPTIONS & SOCIAL EVENTS	All Exhibitors are invited to attend all of the GSO/HNS Cocktail Receptions including the Thursday evening Wine & Cheese and the Friday evening Award Recipient Reception. PLEASE NOTE: The Saturday night beach party is reserved for meeting attendees and only those exhibitors who are at the Platinum and Gold Patron Levels.
