Discount Policy

Discount codes cannot be combined with other offers. Valid for attendee registration only. Excludes one-day registration and resident fees. All codes are applied at the shopping cart. One code per order.  

Refund Policy

The following is the refund/cancellation policy for all registered attendees of GSO/HNS conferences or meetings:

Cancellation 30 days or more prior to meeting – 75% refund

Cancellation 29-15 days prior to meeting – 50% refund

Cancellation 14 – 10 days prior to meeting – 25% refund

Cancellation 10 days or less before meeting – No refund

Refund policy for all registered exhibitors of GSO/HNS conferences or meetings is as follows:

Cancellation for all registered exhibitors 30+ days prior to the first day of the meeting are eligible for 50% refund. Cancellation 29 days or less before the first day of the meeting are not eligible for a refund.
